We are a leading event management company specializing in weddings and corporate events. Our expertise lies in delivering end-to-end solutions — from conceptualization and planning to décor, logistics, artist management, and on-ground execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client communication and relationship management
- Coordinate RSVPs and guest lists
- Assist with artist onboarding and scheduling for events
- Support the planning and execution process
- Maintain and update Excel sheets, trackers, and reports
Requirements
- Fluent in Hindi and English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and basic event documentation
- Proactive attitude and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in dynamic environments
